Disbursement Information

1. When were the payments issued?

The distribution commenced on June 24, 2022. Your payment was sent to you via the payment method you elected on your claim form.

2. What if I haven’t received my payment?

If you elected payment by check, please be patient. We experience up to 3 week delays with the postal mail. If it has been more than 30 days, please contact us toll free at (866) 605-3083 or by email at doordashclasssettlement.com to request a replacement check.

If you elected payment via digital method and it has been more than 10 days, please contact us toll free at (866) 605-3083 or by email at info@doordashclasssettlement.com.

3. How long do I have to cash my check or accept my digital payment?

Your payment issued by check is negotiable for 180 days from June 24, 2022. It will expire on December 21, 2022.

If your payment issued by digital payment fails or is not accepted by you; a replacement payment will be issued by check and mailed to the address submitted on your claim form. The replacement check will be negotiable until December 21, 2022.

4. What happens to my money if I don’t claim it?

If you do not negotiate your award, those funds will be redistributed to those members of the class who did accept their award.

If the redistribution of funds are not accepted by members within 180 days of issuance, those funds will go to charity. Funds from the California class will be sent to Workers' Rights Clinic of Legal Aid at Work and funds from the Massachusetts Class will go to Greater Boston Legal Services
